Pilot program

Start Small. Prove the Value.

Every Ambianceintel engagement begins as a scoped pilot with agreed success metrics. If the results do not justify scale, that is a legitimate outcome of the pilot.

Process

Eight stages

  1. 01

    Discovery

Define the question the space needs answered and the decision it drives.

  2. 02

    Site Assessment

Review layout, existing network hardware, sensors and connectivity.

  3. 03

    Deployment Design

Select the sensing mix and zone map for the environment.

  4. 04

    Installation

Install and commission, with support for on-site teams or integrators.

  5. 05

    Baseline Learning

The system learns normal patterns for the space before alerting.

  6. 06

    Live Pilot

Run against real operations with tuned thresholds and routing.

  7. 07

    Results Report

Measured findings against the metrics agreed at discovery.

  8. 08

    Scale Decision

Expand, adjust or stop — on evidence, not on a contract lock-in.

A pilot that ends in "no" is still a successful pilot. It just cost far less than the alternative.

Success metrics

Agreed before installation, measured afterwards

Metrics are chosen at discovery so the findings report answers a question that was defined in advance.

  • Occupancy detection accuracy
  • False alert rate
  • System uptime
  • Identified energy opportunity
  • Activity and routine trends
  • Workflow improvement
  • Staff feedback
